Essential tools, guidance, and resources for partners

helping JLL and our clients SEE A BRIGHTER WAY.

Empowering Partnerships: JLL’s Commitment to Supplier Excellence

At JLL, we believe in the power of collaboration to see a brighter way. Our suppliers are integral to our success and our clients’ satisfaction.

With a focus on innovation and efficiency, we’ve streamlined our supplier onboarding process. The new Aravo platform simplifies registration, enhances communication, and ensures compliance, allowing us to build stronger, more productive relationships.

Our Global Supplier Platform is designed to be your gateway to opportunities with JLL. It’s more than just a registration system; it’s a comprehensive tool that facilitates seamless interaction, promotes transparency, and supports our shared commitment to ethical business practices.

To Our Partners and Contractors,

At JLL, safety is not a program or a policy — it is a core value. It is something we hold personally as leaders and collectively as an organization. Every action taken on site and every decision made before work begins has a direct impact on the well‑being of others. This responsibility is one we all share and take seriously.

We continuously strengthen our safety standards, programs, and controls. However, systems alone do not create a safe workplace — people do. A strong safety culture is built when work is paused because something doesn’t feel right, when concerns are raised without hesitation, and when safety is treated as an ongoing conversation rather than a compliance requirement.

Our partners and contractors play a critical role in sustaining this culture. We rely on your leadership and collaboration to ensure safety remains at the center of everything we do.

Our Safety Expectations

We ask that all partners and contractors uphold the following expectations on every JLL site and project:

  • Comply with all applicable safety laws, site requirements, and JLL safety standards
  • Plan work thoroughly by identifying and managing risks before work begins
  • Apply rigorous controls for high‑risk activities, including Permits to Work and Lockout/Tagout procedures
  • Stop work immediately if conditions feel unsafe, and encourage others to do the same
  • Foster open reporting so safety concerns are raised freely and addressed without fear of retaliation
  • Our Commitment
  • Our goal is non‑negotiable: every person involved in JLL work goes home safe, every day.

We appreciate the commitment you bring to this shared responsibility. When we lead by example, support one another, and keep safety at the center of every decision, we build more than compliance — we build trust.

Thank you for your partnership and for putting people first.

Sincerely,
