JLL SUPPLIER SYSTEMS — OVERVIEW
Platform Summary
JLL manages its supplier relationships across three platforms:
- Aravo — Supplier onboarding, compliance, HSSE, and profile management. This is always your starting point.
- Jaggaer — Sourcing events (RFx, auctions), contract management, and supplier performance tracking.
- Corrigo — Work order management and facilities service delivery (only if your engagement specifies it).
Aravo is the single gateway for all supplier data. When key workflows are completed in Aravo, supplier and engagement records are automatically pushed to Jaggaer and Corrigo via integration. However, the reverse is not true — creating a record in Jaggaer does not create one in Aravo.
Best practice: Always start in Aravo. Complete onboarding and compliance there first, then move to Jaggaer for sourcing or procurement activities.

ARAVO — SUPPLIER PORTAL
Getting Started
Aravo is JLL’s centralized supplier management platform. All suppliers must register and maintain their profile here to support compliance, risk management, and data governance. It is the official entry point into JLL’s supplier ecosystem.
Log in at: https://jllstaging.aravo.com/aems/login.do using the credentials provided in your two onboarding emails.
Username & Password
Once a JLL user initiates your onboarding, you will receive two separate emails from JLLSourcingNotification-noreply@jll.com:
- Email 1 of 2 — contains a link to create your password
- Email 2 of 2 — contains your temporary username
⚠ IMPORTANT: The password creation link expires after 72 hours. Complete this step promptly.
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one non-alphanumeric character
- Must not contain your email, username, or dictionary words
Yes — strongly recommended. After logging in, select My Account from the profile dropdown, click Edit, update the Username field, and click Save. You will be logged out and prompted to log back in with your new username.
Visit https://supplier.jll.com/ for step-by-step troubleshooting, or email aravosupport@jll.com.
Yes. Language settings can be updated in your account. Instructions are available at: https://supplier.jll.com/en/landing-page-and-navigation-2/
Portal Navigation
- Home — Dashboard with assigned tasks, self-service edit button, and contact information
- Tasks tab — Full list of assigned tasks with priority, start date, and due date
- Profile — Review your account information
- My Account — Update username, time zone, and language preferences
- Click for Self-Service Edits — Initiate updates to your supplier profile data
The blue box provides contextual guidance as you navigate each section of the portal. It is informational and does not require action.
Completing the Supplier Survey
You can access tasks in three ways:
- Email notification from JLLSourcingNotification-noreply@jll.com — includes a direct link
- Tasks section on your landing page (Home)
- Tasks tab at the top of the portal
You have 30 days from the date of your notification email to complete all onboarding activities.
- JLL Engagement Details — Engagement name, requester, scope of work, region, client, and contacts
- Company Information / Contacts — Supplier name, website, currency, Tax ID details
- Basic Compliance — Vendor Code of Conduct acceptance and on-site services indicator (HSSE trigger)
- Tax ID Questionnaire — Legal entity details, address, and diversity status
- Certificates of Insurance — Upload required COI documents by type
- Remittance Site Details — Banking/payment details and Corrigo setup (if applicable)
- Expanded Compliance — Business background, anti-bribery, modern slavery, ESG reporting
- HSSE Assessment — Health, safety, security, and environmental questionnaire (on-site suppliers only)
No. Company Information and Expanded Compliance are completed once and pre-populated on future engagements. You only need to review and update them as needed.
Your answer to one question may unlock additional required fields. Always complete the survey page by page in order to ensure conditional fields are not missed.
Click the Find Missing or Invalid Fields button at the top of the page. It highlights all required fields that must be completed before you can proceed.
Yes. Data is auto-saved as you work, so a session timeout will not cause you to lose your entries.
⚠ CRITICAL: You must click ‘Submit Survey’ on the final page for your data to be visible to JLL. Without this step, no updates are processed.
Engagement Contacts
Yes. In the JLL Engagement Details section, scroll to Engagement Contacts and click Add Contact. You can create self-service login credentials for additional contacts, generating a username and password link for them.
Certificates of Insurance (COI)
The required COI types are listed as individual tabs on the Certificates of Insurance page — for example, Public Liability. Upload a valid certificate for each tab shown. Your JLL contact can clarify specifics.
No. If you are a member of an accredited third-party risk management platform (e.g., Avetta), upload a certificate validating your membership and its expiry date in the HSSE Assessment section instead — only if you are providing on-site goods or services.
Complete as many fields as possible and attach supporting evidence in the waivers section. Align the certificate start and expiration dates to your engagement contract dates.
Remittance & Banking
This is where your banking and payment details are captured. Accurate information here is essential to ensure you are paid correctly and on time.
Corrigo is JLL’s work order management system. If your engagement specifies Corrigo for work orders, you must enter your ServicePro account details in the Remittance Site section so JLL can assign work orders to your company.
Yes. Before clicking Next on these pages, scroll to the bottom and add at least one contact (e.g., Accounts Payable) for each Tax ID and Remittance Site record.
Self-Service Edits
From your landing page, click Click for Self-Service Edits, then choose what to update:
- Supplier — Company Information/Contacts, Basic Compliance, Expanded Compliance, HSSE Assessment
- Tax ID(s) and/or Remittance Site(s) — Legal address, banking details, diversity certifications
Yes. Edit options will not appear if certain information is awaiting approval or has not yet been set up by your JLL contact. You also cannot edit a Tax ID or Remittance Site while an update for that record is already in progress.
After updating fields, click Next through each page and then click Submit Survey. Clicking Next alone does not save your changes.
HSSE Assessment
Only when you provide on-site goods or services at JLL or client locations. If you select that you will not provide on-site services in the Basic Compliance section, the HSSE Assessment page is automatically removed from your survey.
The Health, Safety, Security & Environmental questionnaire covers two main areas:
- Pre-Qualification — Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), work activities, and third-party contractor qualifications
- Core Criteria — Specific HSSE policies and supporting documentation (Q1–Q14 depending on your services)
- Q1 — Health & Safety Policy: signed, dated policy statement
- Q2 — HSSE Management Arrangements: policies covering mental health, fatigue, drug/alcohol
- Q3 — Accident/Incident Statistics: 3 years of data including lost time and near misses
- Q4 — HSSE Training: workforce training records, induction/refresher programs, CPD evidence
- Q5 — Qualifications & Experience: CVs and certificates for HSSE roles (e.g., NEBOSH, Grad IOSH)
- Q6 — Monitoring, Audit & Review: audit reports and management response documentation
- Q7 — Worker Consultation: Health & Safety Committee minutes and representative records
- Q8 — Incident Recording & Investigation: 3–5 years of accidents, enforcement actions, and corrective actions
- Q9 — Subcontractor Approval: vetting process and performance monitoring of third parties
- Q10 — Risk Assessment & Safe Systems of Work: sample risk assessments and method statements
- Q11 — Workforce Co-operation: evidence of worker involvement in risk assessment planning
- Q12 — Welfare Facilities: policy statements and maintenance arrangements for on-site facilities
- Q13 — Hazard Elimination & Design (construction only): design-stage risk control documentation
- Q14 — Construction Safety Coordination (construction only): pre-construction safety communication plans
- All evidence should be current (within 12 months) unless historical records are specifically requested
- Policies requiring a signature must be signed
- Upload all evidence as PDFs and reference the relevant question number on each file
- Where a requirement is not applicable, provide a clear written justification
- Keep backup copies of all uploaded documents for your records
You will be required to complete JLL’s supplemental HSSE questions. For guided training and resources, visit: https://supplier.jll.com/aravo/
Yes. Update your Aravo HSSE submission if company practices, roles, or evidence changes. Resubmit when requested during renewal or requalification events.
Jaggaer
Registration & Account Setup
- Go to the Jaggaer login page and select New Registration

- At least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character
- Must not match your email or any of your last 12 passwords

Contract & Performance Management
- Go to Sourcing > Contracts > My Contracts to view awarded contracts
- You can accept or decline contract terms, respond to modifications, and negotiate where workflows permit.
JLL may issue performance surveys for you to complete. Access them at My Organization > Scorecards > In Progress Surveys. Complete and submit them by the due date.
Development Actions are activities assigned as part of JLL’s supplier development plans. Access them at My Organization > Development Actions and complete as instructed.
CORRIGO — WORK ORDERS & FACILITIES
Getting Set Up in Corrigo
Corrigo access follows a specific flow:
- A JLL user completes your engagement in Aravo and selects Corrigo as the work order system
- This triggers automatic creation of your Service Pro record in Corrigo Enterprise
- The JLLT Corrigo team then manually sends you an invitation to CorrigoPro
- You complete registration and training via CorrigoPro to activate your account
Simply link the JLL client account to your existing CorrigoPro profile instead of creating a new account. Follow the instructions in the invitation email.
- Click the registration link in your invitation email from connect@corrigo.com
- Enter your company name, address, contact information, and Federal Tax ID
- Verify your email address
- Link a credit card or bank account for subscription billing
- Select your subscription type (see below)
- Choose your Smart Zones (geographic areas) and Services (trade/specialty). Registration takes approximately 15 minutes.
| Plan | Cost |
| Per Work Order Plan | $5 per accepted work order + $5 monthly fee |
| Unlimited Monthly Plan | $50/month for unlimited work orders |
| Additional Smart Zones / Services | $2.50/month each (first one included) |
| Joining & connecting with JLL | No fee |
Yes. You must complete CorrigoPro training before go-live. Training covers managing teams, work orders, and invoicing. You may attend as many sessions as needed. Access training at: https://university.jllt.com/page/corrigopro
Receiving & Managing Work Orders
Work orders are dispatched electronically through Corrigo directly to your company. Each work order includes a not-to-exceed dollar amount and a JLL point of contact. You will also receive notifications via the CorrigoPro dashboard.
Log in to CorrigoPro and review the work order on your dashboard. Accept or decline as appropriate. Use the dashboard to track status, completion, and SLA compliance.
Yes. Submit quotes for services and requests to adjust the not-to-exceed amount directly through Corrigo for JLL approval before proceeding.
Update the status in CorrigoPro as you progress (e.g., In Progress, Completed). GPS validation and other tools may be required to confirm service delivery.
Invoicing & Payment
Invoices are generated automatically in Corrigo upon completion of services — you do not need to submit separate invoices. Ensure all work order details and rate card information are accurate to avoid payment delays.
Payments are processed according to your contract terms and the rate card information on file. Keeping your rate card accurate is essential for timely and correct payment.
Profile & Data Management
Update your company information, services, and Smart Zones in CorrigoPro as your business changes. Also add or manage team member access through the CorrigoPro portal.
No. There is no direct edit integration between Aravo and Corrigo. If you need to update information such as remittance or contact details, you must update both Aravo and CorrigoPro separately.
Once onboarded, your company is visible to other Corrigo clients, which may create additional business opportunities beyond your JLL engagement.
