JAGGAER is the key enabler of JLL’s global sourcing and procurement ecosystem. JAGGAER’s main functions include: Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Savings Management, Spend Analytics and Sourcing Requests. These modules are critical to conducting business with JLL’s suppliers. JAGGAER is integrated with JLL’s other key supplier risk and work order systems and provides global supply base intelligence, consistent, efficient processes, stronger risk management and enhanced savings opportunities.
Jaggaer Supplier Registration Process
1.JLL Buyer initiates registration in Aravo
2. Supplier completes Aravo registration
3. Supplier receives Jaggaer log‑in credential emails and Active status
4. Supplier agrees to User Agreement on first log‑in
5. Supplier can collaborate with JLL on contracts, RFx, SPM, etc.
- Some existing legacy suppliers may still only have Registered Status in Jaggaer.
- Must be Active in Jaggaer to enable collaboration on Contracts, RFx, SPM, etc.
- Aravo New Engagement or Edit Engagement request will initiate supplier registration in Aravo.
- Supplier will be activated in Jaggaer through integration once Aravo registration is complete.
- Contacts entered in Aravo do not populate into Jaggaer – users must enter manually into Jaggaer
